Published in the fall 2006, this is presently the only Busting Loose book.
It is highly recommended both if you're new to the Busting Loose material and if your familiarity with Phase 2 Tools comes from earlier work: the Busting Loose From The Money Game Home Transformational Study or the 7 Power Centers of Life Course. There are additional insights and examples that you will find in the book, that weren't in any of the earlier works.

7 Power Centers Of Life

7 Power Centers of Life

This is the first Busting Material course and it has been published in January 2005. It has often been called the foundational course, as it is the first and only presentation of the Busting Loose material as related to all 7 Power Centers. The latter refer to 7 areas of life (and not chakras): Spirituality, Relations, Emotions, Thoughts, Body, Vocation and Money.

As it is the earliest of all Busting Loose materials, you will probably find more value in one or more of the other materials, so only choose this if you really feel this is the one you want.

In case you're in doubt which of the materials above to choose, here are a few questions and answers that you might find helpful:

I feel attracted to one of the materials, even if from a rational point of view it's not the most obvious choice. I'm not sure what to do?

The Busting Loose material is very, very profound. Studying it opens the door to the beginning of the most radical shift in your entire life. I assure you that such a shift doesn't take place accidentally. Meaning that since you're here and considering, something deep, deep within you is guiding you to this. If there's one of the books, courses or live events above that you feel clearly attracted to, then that's definitely the one for you. Go for it.

What's the difference between the Money Game and the Emotions Game home transformational system?
Which shall I choose - or do I need both?

As you can see in the course descriptions there's much similarity to the courses. The main difference is in the overall theme  (money vs. emotions) and in the time they were published.
The busting loose journey always affects all areas of your life and the tools you will get are general - they are not specific to money or emotions. So whether you choose the Money Game or the Emotions Game course will depend on whether it's money or emotions you perceive as the most challenging/difficult/limiting at this point.

If you have no preferences/intuitions in this regard then I'd recommend the Busting Loose From The Emotions Game course, simply because it's the latest one, and so created at a point when Robert Scheinfeld has gathered even more insights and experiences.

Once you've studied one of the courses and have worked with the material for a while, you will enter more and more into "reactive mode". It means that you will not try to figure things out at all - you will naturally go with  your feeling/ inspiration. If at that point you feel motivated to get the other Busting Loose course, you can contact Robert's assistant Nancy and get a special offer on that other course (as some of the material is redundant).

I have a slow Internet connection. Will that be a problem with any of the home study courses?

With the Home Transformational Systems (the Busting Loose courses) everything is on DVDs and CDs.

The 7 Power Centers of Life is available in a CD version as well.

So the only time when you'll need to go online is when accessing any of the private Support Forums. Here Robert sometimes chooses to answer a question by creating an audio response: These are MP3 files, typically 5 Megabytes or less. When you see one of those on a forum, with a slow connection I suggest you don't listen to it from there, but rather download it to your computer (right click on the link and choose Save destination as) and then listen to it offline. It's often supportive to listen to these messages several times, so this way too it's nice having them on your computer.

So all in all, slow Internet connection is not a problem.

Are you saying that I can get the same benefits from a Busting Loose book that I can get from a $1000 home study program??

I'm not saying that you get the same benefits from the book as from the courses. I'm saying you get all the basic tools and in principle that's enough to bust you loose (provide you do work with them consistently).

Think about it this way: You can climb Mount Everest alone, having only a map and a minimum of tools. It will be far more challenging than if you get more advanced equipment and have a team of other climbers and a very experienced guide to support you all the way. But it's doable.

I've seen some criticism of the Busting Loose book on the Internet - can you comment on that?
