About coaching programs - busting loose and awakening
Although it's not a requirement that you've studied one of the busting loose books/courses having done so would most probably be very supportive, especially if you choose a coaching form where you communicate with other members (forums and group conference calls).
While the coaching programs are primarily created for Phase 2 Players, coaching is also available before you enter Phase 2, in that you can request support for understanding the busting loose model as such or for doing the transition into Phase 2 in whatever way you do it.
While all coaching resources created here are unique, profound, on-topic and content-rich, I know that there can be times when you want to create maximum support in all possible ways - and there can be times when you want to create profound but less active or smaller amounts of support. In the illusion there can be different reason for it, but in any case you will always create it in perfect ways for yourself.
With that in mind I'm offering different coaching forms, programs and options:
Coaching forms
There are basically 3 coaching forms that can be combined in different ways:
phone sessions, forums (including private messaging and email) and blog.
If you'd like to create other coaching forms, let me know - I'm open for new ideas!
Phone sessions
Through a phone session you can become aware of your feelings and thoughts as they are right now. As you express them you can create profound and detailed responses from other aspects of yourself that will reach you and engage you on all levels.
Besides the richness of wisdom and inspiration, the calls are also a wonderful opportunity to experience the joyfulness, playfulness and appreciation that is your natural state.
All phone sessions are being recorded and offered as mp3 downloads. Listening and re-listening to phone sessions can be highly supportive.
Phone sessions are created through a US based conference call service.
Individual sessions can be scheduled all 7 days of the week, depending on what appears most supportive and convenient in any given case.
Group sessions are usually scheduled Sundays 1 pm EST (early evening in Europe, early morning in Australia/New Zealand). Let me know if you'd like me to schedule them in such a way that they don't collide with Adept or Golden Circle sessions.
Group session archives go back to August 2008.
Forums/Email
Unlike any other Phase 2 forums I'm aware of, the Silver forums are created to host profound coaching conversations, where questions and sharings are being responded to in depth and in great detail.
You can ask any question that has any relevance whatsoever to your Phase 2 journey and you are free to express yourself in any way you feel motivated. This being said, the general tone on the forums is honest and respectful and the usage of Transformative Vocabulary is encouraged and supported,
While I encourage shared, cumulative support through forum dialogues, private messaging and email is enabled too, so that members that need privacy can communicate with me and each other in this way too.
There are also two special forums without coaching support:
The Phase 2 Lounge for friendly chit-chat and the Creativity Forums (including Poetry Forums) for Phase 2 Players with special interest in arts, music, writing etc.

Blog
I've been sharing direct experiences, insights and breakthroughs on the blog since January 2007. While I blog when so inspired (with no rules in terms of regularity), typically I've been posting once a week or more. By now (April 2009) there are some 300+ posts there.
The blog has a Pick of Moment feature, which is a wonderful "interactive" way of creating a post that's most supportive for you at any given moment. I (and other Players) keep on marveling on how precisely it works.
You can use the blog for suggesting new topics as long as you keep them on a rather general note. For specific, personal questions and sharings use the forum.
If you're a members of H-Silver, H-Silver-Live or H-Gold you can also use the blog to post your own direct experiences, insights and breakthroughs and make them part of the Pick of the Moment feature.
And, beginning June 2009 there's another phase 2 blog included as well! All articles on this new, expansive blog come both as text and audio that you can listen to online or download to your mp3-player.
Coaching game rules
Creation and appreciation
To create and express appreciation for a program, find it in the overview below and click on either the PayPal or the Plimus button on the right.
Upon registration you will receive a confirmation from the payment service provider.
Within 1-2 business days after order completion, I will contact you to set up an appointment (if you've ordered an individual session) and/or give you login information to the online coaching resources that you've subscribed to.

Terms
Any personal information that you create access to or share here shall remain between us.
If you feel that another person in your world would benefit from any of the material that you create via coaching, I suggest that you invite them to create their own version through their own membership, including their own expression of appreciation.
Regarding subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time and in that case you retain membership for the entire period that you've expressed appreciation for. To cancel, go either directly to PayPal or Plimus, or send a request to me.
Regarding individual sessions
I don't regard an appointment as final until appreciation has been expressed in the form of money. Kindly express appreciation at least 24 hours prior to an actual appointment.
In case you cancel a confirmed session 24 hours or more prior to the session, you will be offered a choice between re-scheduling or a 100% "refund".
In case you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the session, you will be offered offered a 50% "refund".
In case I cancel a session you will be offered the choice between re-scheduling or 100% "refund".

About Halina
Exploring the human journey as such has always been and continues to be my greatest passion. In Phase 1 (half a century or so :-)) it included a primary interest and work with spirituality, therapy, coaching and creativity.
In Phase 2 (since 2005 or so) it expresses itself in coaching and writing.
I developed my Phase 2 coach role through much interaction with other Phase 2 Players almost from the very start and created Robert to "certify" me by the end of 2006.
