Bob Scheinfeld and his Phase 1 work
Bob Scheinfeld's "voyage of discovery" started when he was 12 years old. To begin with he was guided by his grandfather Aaron Scheinfeld (the founder of Manpower), who also gave him these words of wisdom:
”As you grow up you’ll be taught many things about money.
It will all seem perfectly reasonable, accurate and true.
But it’s not reasonable, accurate or true and the illusion
causes endless amounts of stress, frustration and failure.
There’s a secret about money few people ever discover.
Follow the clues I’m leaving you and you’ll uncover it, a
treasure more valuable than gold.”
Bob has been following the clues relentlessly for decades (he's around 50 at the time of this writing). On his way he's been teaching other people's material (Tony Robbins' for example) and has eventually developed his own courses and books.
The Invisible Path to Success
The Invisible Path To Success is the first, original description of Bob Scheinfeld's method and it addresses the "private individual". Most of the examples relate to areas such as relations, emotions, spiritual life.

Robert Scheinfeld and his Phase 2 work
In 2004 Robert Scheinfeld took a radical shift (even if partially based on his previous work) and in 2005 he started teaching the unique Busting Loose method which he has been continuing to expand and teach ever since.
As he moved from his Phase 1 work he also began serving as a spiritual teacher rather than self help teacher or business mentor.
While
providing a unique path to Self-Realization
and proving with his own life that it works,
Robert remains completely unpretentious and
honest about himself and his
life. He is very supportive, both in
terms of pushing you when you need to push
yourself and being gentle when you need to
be gentle with yourself.
His love, generosity and appreciation for other people
is truly remarkable.

11th element vs. busting loose
Some students of the 11th Element and/or the Invisible Path to Success wonder if they can use the request technique they've learned to enhance their Phase 2 expansion. The simplest answer to this is that there's no need.
When you submit requests to your Inner CEO you are still trying to control what is beyond your control. You're trying to fix, change or improve what is there. You fear that if you don't maybe your Inner CEO/your Expanded Self won't give you what you really want. None of that is true. Your Expanded Self knows what you want better than you do. It designs your journey with an intelligence and creativity that you is far beyond requests. So leave it to your Expanded Self.
By the way, when I started on my Phase 2 journey, as soon as I started using the busting loose tools I simply lost interest in crafting requests. I believe that's a fairly common phenomenon. And it's not a problem.
