Busting Loose is a term created by Robert Scheinfeld to describe the journey from wherever you are in your life right now into a state of expanding joyfulness, love, power, wisdom, abundance and creativity . The journey aka the Phase 2 Game is about breaking free or awakening from the illusion of limitation and restriction that is predominant in most people's lives into the truth of who you really are.
Busting Loose is a path, a play, a way to live your life.

To bust loose is to experience your real Self: your wisdom, your joyfulness, your love, your creativity and your abundance.
Busting Loose refers to a radical shift. It takes place when you realize that you are free - and always have been.
Busting loose is a real and total transformation. It's more than the intellectual or partial recognition of the truth that you might have experienced through books, meditation, self-help or spontaneous glimpses.

Exploring the human journey as such has always been and continues to be my greatest passion. In Phase 1 (half a century or so :-)) it included a primary interest and work with spirituality, therapy, coaching and creativity.
In Phase 2 (since 2005 or so) it expresses itself in coaching and writing.
I developed my Phase 2 coach role through much interaction with other Phase 2 Players almost from the very start and created Robert Scheinfeld to "certify" me by the end of 2006.
Since then I've had the pleasure of creating many amazing experiences and expansion through playing the coaching game with Phase 2 Players, both globally via the Internet and phone and locally here in Denmark.

My work builds directly on my experiences:
I know how it feels to experience highly challenging illusions of limitation in all areas of life, I know how it feels to do the Busting Loose work and expand, moment by moment and year by year and I know how it feels to move past a busting loose point in some areas of life, and keep on doing the work in others, expanding and playing.
I also know how it feels to move beyond models and tools and into a way of living based on own experience as such. It is the latter that has inspired me to offer my unique version of Busting Loose and Awakening coaching.
